Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item is not a final sale or clearance item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Books (all sales final)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
